Sometimes, busy people have systems of how they run their business/life. While they know that there is a program somewhere that could change how they progress through their system for the better, they feel a lack of time to find said program.

That is where I shine.

I of course prefer free, opensource programs. However, as long as the program fulfills its features list and those features are equal to or greater than the requirements everything is great. 

There are oodles and scads of lists out there telling you which free, opensource program you need for which project.
